Returns Policy

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

• All tags and packaging must be intact

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or earrings, unless faulty.

How to Return

DM us on instagram at @oopsclothing within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Return instructions will be provided.

• Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty

• We recommend using a tracked service

Refunds

Once received and checked, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it.
